Walnut Creek has set it’s self apart in the east bay, let’s go on a tour shall we? (www.walnut-creek.org ) walnut Creek Hosts an Art and Wine festival the first weekend in June at Heather Farms (www.artwinefestivalwc.com), broadway like theatrê productions at Lesher Center of the arts (www.lesherartscenter.org)and catering to all art enthusiast, no matter their area of expertise, they even close down Main Street for an entire weekend supporting local artists showcasing their masterpieces. Food can be found on every corner for every appetite. Whether you have hum drum ordinary taste buds to those who have exotic savory ones, Walnut Creek has the perfect restaurant for you, at your feet. Main Street and streets parallel are not just roads passing through the middle of town, but it’s a buzzing, thriving, Fire Ball. Families, teens, elderly, and Young adults come to live it up.Families love to take their children to the brand new state of the art library and playground walking distance away, while in the winter months this same area transforms into an ice skating rink. To finnish the night Winding down at an amazing kid friendly pizzeria, skipolini’s(www.skipolinispizza.com). Parents, bring your loose change and watch your kids play for hours. For teens, bring your swimming suit or skate and head back to heather farms, after a crazy day, chill out at Caffe La Scala, your closes hang out central outside of bars.
